well I had the usual coffee on this beautiful day.. It was gorgeous...
B: I had, 1/4 c rice pudding
went to the gym...........................
L: protein shake, mozzarella sticks (3)
D: fish and corn (boy was it good)...

One day on one of Oprah's "Diet" shows she showed how to make one of her fav's. it goes like this;
Wasa cracker with a little margerin and then a little Lt. mayo, a few slices of thinly sliced ham,tukey or roast beef, a slice of RF cheese topped with a couple fresh basil leafs and sliced tomatoe, salt and pepper.
Crystal light margarita:
Lemonaid crystal light but made a little stronger don't add all of the water called for.
1 shot tequila
1 sm. lime
Tequila salt
Add ice in blender, 1 shot tequila and crystal light and blend.
Pour into salt rimmed glass.
Squeeze 1/2 fresh lime on top and stir with straw.
YUMMMM
I also make them on the rocks, just don't blend.

I'm not strong at all...I feel like I've been eating like a horse. I just had 2 potato skins dipped in ranch! How strong is that? DH cooks baby back ribs, boiled then grilled, so while they are not UNfattening, they're not bad. 2 or 3 and I'm quite satisfied!
I had an unfill and have to deal with it for 4 more weeks until I see my surgeon.
