OMG beautiful people! What did you eat today?? well I had the usual coffee on this beautiful day.. It was gorgeous... B: I had, 1/4 c rice pudding went to the gym........................... L: protein shake, mozzarella sticks  (3) D: fish and corn  (boy was it good)... Have a nice pleasant night! Christine;-)

Hey pretty lady. Here's my menu for the day: B= 1 egg, 1 Sl. Lt. toast, 1 turkey sausage. L=2 Oprah sandwiches D=1 King crab leg, 3 scallops and a artichoke 3 crystal light margaritas in the pool Lyndee

Hi, One day on one of Oprah's "Diet" shows she showed how to make one of her fav's. it goes like this; Wasa cracker with a little margerin and then a little Lt. mayo, a few slices of thinly sliced ham,tukey or roast beef, a slice of RF cheese topped with a couple fresh basil leafs and sliced tomatoe, salt and pepper. Crystal light margarita: Lemonaid crystal light but made a little stronger don't add all of the water called for. 1 shot tequila 1 sm. lime Tequila salt Add ice in blender, 1 shot tequila and crystal light  and blend. Pour into salt rimmed glass. Squeeze 1/2 fresh lime on top and stir with straw. YUMMMM I also make them on the rocks, just don't blend. 67 cals. per margarita. Cheers, Lyndee

Oh boy...((((sigh))) Yogurt with granola Small taco, chile relleno I made appetizers tonight...potato skins! ouch!! 2 glasses of Chardonnay. Hubby made ribs, and I made cole slaw, although I'm not hungry for either. Probably will have a few bites and call it good!

Nancy, You are a much stronger woman than me, I LOVE WITH ALL OF MY HEART AND SOUL those BBQ ribs. My fav. dinner, BBQ ribs, cole slaw and garlic bread yeah you can throw in some super sweet corn on the cobb with that and ok, I'll be in a food coma, but verrrry happpy.

I'm not strong at all...I feel like I've been eating like a horse. I just had 2 potato skins dipped in ranch! How strong is that? DH cooks baby back ribs, boiled then grilled, so while they are not UNfattening, they're not bad. 2 or 3 and I'm quite satisfied!  I had an unfill and have to deal with it for 4 more weeks until I see my surgeon.

I started the day out well...then somewhere along the way I started grazing and I think I've eaten everything that didn't jump out of my way....not really, but it feels like it....tomorrow I'll be better. A
