We sautee or broil them with butter and a ton of garlic. Add a little oregano and you are good to go!!

I have never made them but my mom boils them in a lil old bay seasoning and they sprinkes them with old bay when they're done.  Add a side of butter sauce and you done.  I just seen a red lobster comercial for a scallop and shrimp bake.  Now I'm craving seafood.

Hi, We just had these last night, this is what we did. Wash, sprinkle with a little salt then we put on the BBQ on low, using a vegetable cooker for the BBQ ( it has round holes all over it) anyway I think my DH Q'd them about 10 min. each side but it was on low. They were verrry good, alot of flavor. Enjoy, Lyndee

Toss them in a little (1/4 cup or so) Italian dressing and put under the broiler - they cook fast (4 - 6 minutes should do it) and are YUMMY! Or you can toss them in a very hot skillet with a little garlic and butter/olive oil (so the butter won't burn) salt and pepper.  When they're firm they're done.  LauraSlidell
