My opinion on fills....

You are absolutely right.  This band has to be worked.  You have to put in the time and energy to make it work.  Feeling full after good restriction is the point.  I finally achieved that after 10 months of just sort of dieting.  You have to take food seriously.  IMO  Take Care  I have lost 47 lbs and have 42 to go.  I know I will probably take 2 years to get there, but I am not discouraged because I know it will happen.  I feel soooo much better.

Absolutely!  I wish people didn't equate no weight loss with needing a fill.  You CANNOT get a fill if you are having PB's often or can't tolerate many types of HEALTHY solids.  Now, for me, when I have perfect restriction, I am rarely hungry and I have even forgotten to eat some days.  That doesn't happen often, but having my band at its "sweet spot" makes stopping to eat very easy.  I miss it!
