Some input would be great!
I had my fourth fill today. I had 6cc in a 10cc band, so he added 1cc to make 7cc however I couldn't even make it out of the office without having a slight unfill. He took .5cc out putting me at 6.5cc. I haven't drank much since this morning and I am belching quite a bit when I do. Is this normal or has anyone had this same problem? Plus I feel very tired for some odd reason. Any input would be fabulous. Thanks. Mindy

You could be swollen from the fill like most of us get. Do you have any other problems when you drink besides the burping? Can you "feel" what you've drank go down? I would try and get in as much fluid as possible. The tiredness could be because your not fully hydrated. If your still having a problem drinking I would put a call into your doctor. Its better to be safe than sorry.

You might be too tight. I just went in yesterday to get a slight unfill after suffering for 3 weeks with pain every time I took a few bites of food. If you have pain after just a few bites and it seems to sit hard in your chest, unable to get down and it's hard to take a second sip of liquid, especially hot liquid, then you are too tight. If you stop being able to burp and start PBing all you've eaten then go back and get an unfill. Burping is good because it means the food or liquid is going down. It's when you feel stuck and are not burping but start the slime process (excessive mucous in your mouth you have to spit or puke) that you are in trouble.
Good Luck!

Great-thanks for the advice. The fluids are going down just not quickly. If I drink to quickly then I will burp up a little of whatever I just drank. It's been two months since my last fill and I believe I had the same thing happen then. So if I couldn't handle 7cc's does that mean I'm maxed out where I'm at??? Mindy
