If you havent heard of it, you wear it on your arm all day and it records body movement, calories burned etc. At night it plugs into the computer and downloads all your info. You enter your food intake daily. It has a profile on your body which you filled out in advance, food prefernces etc. At the end of the day it tells you how you are doing. Are you moving enough? What should you do to increase calorie expenditure etc.  I think it is amazing! I feel like I will finally be able to reach my goal weight! I am so excited! I will keep everyone posted on how it goes.

I'm so interested in what this thing is.  I've seen it online but how it works is a mystery to me.  When I get smaller arms, I might invest in one.  Does it have an adjustable arm band?  Or do you need semi-skinny arms?  Because my arms are FAT!

Girl, do not let fat arms keep you from getting what would help you get healthy.  That's just defeatist BS.....*****hug*****

I have  a mio watch, not as fancy, but it has a few gadgety things that keep motivated.  You could also buy a 14.00 pedometer and just see how many steps you take.  Anything that keeps you interested in moving and health!

I'm so jealous!  I've been wanting one every since I saw the contestants wearing them in the fall season of The Biggest Loser.  Janina, if the contestants on The Biggest Loser could wear them, you don't need to wait until your arms are skinny.  And they're not $600, they're betwen $300 and $400 and used ones are less on EBAY.
