Not a good day.  The most I could muster was a trip to the grocery store and I'm afraid that doesn't count.  Looking forward to doing better tomorrow. A long walk is now #1 on the to-do list.

Still working up to it. Parking way out in the parking lots and walking at a brisk pace to get in and out of places. Shopped at Walmart for a cpl of hrs. Went in to 2 grocery stores trying to fill a perscription for my 2 yr old and pushing the cart fast. Up and down all day with a cranky  and not feeling good child.

I have been severly slacking on my exercise for the last couple of months. I got married in March and I am just now getting back in the swing of things. I went back to the gym tonight for a 45 minute spin class. It was great. I also had a fill yesterday so maybe I can get off of this plateau. Wish me Luck!!! Vickie

40 minute walk/skip dodging the sprinkling rain then picked up the pace as the rain fell faster.  The dog actually pulled the leash out of my hand and I had to run (yep this fat girl ran) to catch him.
