You ask too much of me! How about one treat a day...I MIGHT be able to do that. I need to slowly wean. I've tried the cold turkey thing several times. I last MAYBE half a day with no carbs. LOL

I know you will get back down to your old self in no time. What a blessing to have the band to help you along the way...Keep us posted about the race...I want to do the Marine Core 5K and eventually the big Marine Core marathon but I am a big ol' chicken...I am afraid to fail, I guess.
