What have your experience's been with losing weight and your boobs and butt? I still have my boobs, but I still have around 25 lbs to go. But my butt, on the other hand, is getting very flat. Keep in mind I have never had a flat but, In fact I had a big butt, before they were fashionable. LOL Even at 140, I had a big butt. So will it "fix" as I keep working out, I know some of it is just that darn extra skin? Share!!!!!!

ohhh I wish that was me!!!  I keep losing in my chest, and nothing below the waist!!

All 34 lbs that I've lost has been above the waist...   :(

I'm sorry I have no insight...

My boobs never really got big while I was pregnant or as I gained weight. I'm not sure If that has anything to do with it. I told my DH I would rather have lost my butt, but he disagrees, Guess he's a butt, man. LOL But I would like to have a little something back there. I do use the weight machines, so I'm hoping it will help "tighten" up, some. Could be an age thing. YIKES!

Quite frankly I don't really notice where I'm losing still.  I think I just had so much packed in there it's dropping a little bit from a lot of places.  I did notice there for a while that my butt got a bit "saggy".  That was when I hit the treadmill and walking outside at work daily and it seemed to firm up.  Go to oxygen magazines website and do a search on glute exercises.  As for the boobs, beats me, I'm damn near tripping over mine at this point.

Thanks! I have started walking again. I think I will start my squats again. I will go to Oxygen mag and see what they say. Try not to trip on your "girls". LOL

I wonder if ANYONE loses it only where they want? I guess it's up to our genetics. My sister is older than me and she still has her butt???????? Congrats on the 30 lbs lost.

Well if you can beleive my friend at work my butt is "small""  Ha Ha nothing is small on me not yet but it is definately flatt and I am not sure I like that because now it hurts to sit on hard surfaces (LOL)

Truthfully everything has shrunk and sags, If you know of any exercises to fix this PLEASE let me know becaus the walking and limited step aerobics I can do arn't cutting it,  In a month or so I am planning on joint the Y to start weight lifting.

Michele,
Mine hurts too, when I sit on hard surfaces. I hate that. My DH said I just have to get used to it. I have been doing the machines since Jan. I wonder how low it would be hanging if I haven't. LOL Maybe it just takes more time than I've given it. Good luck at the "Y".

I switched to wearing sports bras because at least they shrink with my chest and I don't have to deal with puckered/wrinkled cups under my shirts.  My clothes and my measurements show that my butt is shrinking, but I don't see it.  I've never lacked for junk in my trunk -- there's always been plenty.  There's less of it these days, but there's still plenty.  All the walking seems to be paying off tho' because it's not sagging (yet).  I just wish I could do something more about my belly.  LOL
