Quick reference guide for lap banders -Need some help for a lap band friend

A friend of mine has had lap band surgery. She has not been very successful. I want to help her get on track and the two of us finish this journey together. I understand the ends and outs of rny. However, I am not clear on the dos and don'ts of lap band. Can anyone help?

Basically I need a dumbies guide to lapband surgery, so I can help her on this journey.

Jean M. has 30 days of band rules that she puts out on occasion. I'll p.m. her and ask her to send them to you. She's written a book on living with the gastric band but it's not quite out yet. Soon though!
