Table through WE 5/15 is below.  Please let me know if there are any errors or additions.

My total for the week was 180 minutes.  Rainy weather screwed up my routine and motivation. Still down two pounds over the past week, so that's encouraging.

320 for me this week.  Added weights.. WHOO HOOO.  My night job is wreaking havoc on my plans to be at the gym at 5:15 a.m.  Makes for some LONG days but so worth it.

DS graduated from HS and getting ready for the party this coming weekend and work.  I knew my minutes would be low the next few weeks with everything going on and that's why I set my goal lower.  BUT I'm losing a tiny bit of weight since I've been so busy.

Thanks for doing the challenge,
Kristi

It's going very slowly but I'm not discouraged at all.  I am up to running a mile before I have to stop and speed walk for a few minutes and then start running again... which is better than what I did gym as a kid.  I am moving at a much slower pace than C25K program but that's the great thing about that program, you can move at your own pace.  The reason I am taking awhile is because I have one obstacle keeping from pushing myself and going for it.  I have exercise induced migraines....ya how great is that.  I have had this problem since I was 19.  If I over exert myself I get a migraine.  I started to take migraine medicine last year and slowly increased the dose and I slowly increased my activity.  Slowly I am able to go faster and longer.  It's great.  Although, I do wish I didn't have this issue.

I understand.  I don't have the migraine issue, but I have knees that sometimes don't like exercise.  Even yoga stretching hurts sometimes.

I'm doing the C25K but at a greatly slower pace too.  I don't know the distance I can run, but I'm up to running 3 min at 5.5mph at 0 incline (wish there was a downhill.. lol) on the treadmill with a 2 min fast walk@ 3.5mph in between.  I alternate the 3min/2min with a 1.5 min @ 5.5 & a 1.5 walk @ 3.5.

Not sure what I'll progress to next week, or if I'll just stay at that level for another week.  I've been working at this since sometime in late March.

I do my run/walks on T/Th/Sat for about 45 minutes.. and sometimes get in a little (10 to 20 min) on other days.

I wish I liked it.  I don't.  I do like the results and the feeling when it's over.  :)

Hang in there.. we'll get there eventually.  And don't be afraid to try a 5K even now.. I did my first in Oct. '10.. walked the whole way.  Another in March 11.. ran some, walked some.  Another in May.. again ran & walked.  The achievement is in trying.  :)
