Acid Reflux/Heartburn ?'s - help pls

I have had a wheezing cough for the past two weeks and I feel a slight burning sensation only when I try to take medication. I don't notice any acid coming up into my throat/mouth or any other burning sensations. I read that one symptom of acid reflux was coughing/wheezing but I don't really have any other continuous symptoms. Anyone have any experience with acid reflux and do you take over the counter for it? Thanks!!!

Hi there! Perhaps you are eating late, or a tad too tight! I have a place near Konocti and when I go up there from SF I know I am tighter than ever. Try liquids for a few day, then mushies for a few days and slowly begin your protein then veggies. I have now learned to sleep with my head and chest higher than before and this helps. Just make sure you are not too tight as this can also slow your weightloss!
