Kale chips

These are really good and good for you.  Nice when you want something crunchy/salty


Take a bunch of curly leaf kale.  wash, dry , cut stems off and into bites sized pieces.  Toss with a bit of olive oil lay flat on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with a little salt and freash hround pepper.  Bake at 350 for 15-20 min until crunchy.  eat like chips.  yum!
