NSV - Back into my not-so-fat jeans

After creeping back up from my size 12s to a 14 to a 16, today I am comfortably back into my 14s and down another .8 this morning. Feels so good! I see a HUGE stack of 12s in the top of my closet just calling my name. Hopefully they'll continue to call louder than the bread pudding french toast at Denny's.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Fitting into smaller clothes is just the best feeling! Keep up the good work, those 12's will be loose on you before you know it.
