Excellent Breakfast find

 I thought I had already posted this..but it isn't showing up- Weird.

So here goes again :)

Kashi GoLean Creamy Vanilla Oatmeal
9 gm Protein
7 Gms fiber
150 calories

Yummy and band friendly in the am.  Only takes 1.5 min in the microwave, but use a big bowl it does have a tendency to "boil over"

Glad you posted that actually. I try to have oatmeal occasionally since it's so healthy. I may go make some today. Also if you have any of the SF syrups they are awesome in oatmeal. I usually do mine with the almond and pumpkin, or the almond and cookie dough.

Thanks! I plan to find that!  Good for ya, band friendly, low cal, and delish.  Add the protein plus fiber count and you've got a winner.
