Going to put it on the dashboard!!!!

From my previous post my doc stressed eating 'solid protein' So.....

I'm going to tape a little note 'solid protein' to the dashboard in the car and look at it when I'm driving along. Keeps it in my mind.

It's when I'm in the car that I end up eating impulsive junk food............... Next time if I feel so inclined, well alright........... but this time I have the note to remind me what I need to do, so ............  I'll get a hamburger   ........... but just eat the beef patty, (maybe wrapped in the lettuce with the tomato).................. or  a chicken sandwich and just eat the chicken patty (ordered without any sauce or mayo) ................ Things like that.

It may not be the best of eating 'solid protein', but it still keeps me on track.
