Post surgery 7 Years

I can't believe it's been seven years since I had Lap Band surgery!  It has certainly changed my life.  Age...Gulp....46.  Starting Weight..299.  Pounds lost 160 at the highest, about 145 pounds down right now...hey...it's the holidays!   See my Username?   However, have my Shawn T videos ready to kick my behind, and going to sectionals for southern states USTA tennis. I had never picked up a racket in my life until after the weight loss...and LOTS of plastic surgery!  Anyway....just stopping by to say hi and good luck to everyone.  Be committed!  Don't take no for an answer!  Be accountable to yourself!  Most important....FORGIVE yourself!     Suggah
