Lap Band on 01/09/08

Last week was my 6 year Band-Anniversary. I haven't got to goal yet, but I'm still working on it. The lap-band has meant that I haven't gained much weight this last 6 years and that my weight has gone from 289 to 215 lbs. I have signed on for a week at the Biggest Loser Resort in Malibu California in March and am very excited about the prospect of getting motivated to finish my journey and really start living as a healthy person. Thank you all for your motivation and wisdom on this crazy journey. Blessing to all.

Happy anniversary. Guess the camp will be hard work but very satisfying!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
