Cottage Cheese before bed
I read that cottage cheese helps your food to digest while you are sleeping and aids in weight loss. I tried some last night and slept really well. This morning I was down a pound. I usually get the munchies real bad before bed and now that I know I can have some cottage cheese and it has good effects I am soooo happy.
Ooh, I may try that tonight.... Thx for the tip! =)

I googled it and there was lots of good things to say. Body builders seem to know about this. I am just glad I won't feel so guilty indulging in cottage cheese before bed and causing havock with my sleeve. I guess it is trial and error. I ate pastrami yesterday and if I could have said take it back after I ate it I would have. Did I suffer for 3 to 4 hours. Last nights sleep was good for the first time in a while. I ususally spend a few hours with a dry cough, especially if I eat before bed.
