Well...............yes and no............IRL, I'm a secretary, but one of our units needs internal hearings cases transcribed, so I do that at home.....for comp time, not for money.  It used to be for $, but once the State ran out of that, they give us comp time!!!

Mellie - I think that Tia is not a transcriptionist - she's a secret crimes novel writer!!!!  LOL

She's probably going to be Baltimore's Patricia Cornwell!  SNICKER

HEY!!!  How'd you know I've secretly lusted after writing a novel? 

Would you believe that I've thought about writing a book?  I figured I'd make it a work of fiction - based on my life's real experiences - some too embarrassing to admit but could make for scandalous material not associated with me ....

I so love the true crime stories. 

Heck - my aunt writes; and she's always tried to get me into her round robin groups.    We could probably do something like that here in MD?

Of course, in your novel, all names would be changed to protect the innocent!!!
