THREE TINGS FOR FRIDAY!!

I know it stinks and I thought I was in the clear since I was virtually pain free for a good 10 days then wham. Oh well. This too shall pass.....soon I hope.

Mellie - It almost sounds like you were feeling good and kinda overdid something, and now it's hurting......rest relax and rest.  I hope you feel better soon!   How's hubby doing?

you may be right. I pretty much went right back to my normal routine after about 3 days and was doing a lot of walking every day too. I guess i could have pushed myself.

hubby is doing perfect. he has not had 1 problem. punk.

Dr. Singh gave you a shout out yesterday and said you told him we knew each other from teh internet. lol. then he quizzed me about my double life.

LOL!  He had asked me about the two friends I was a quasi-angel for, Jackie R. and CelebrityCece.  I told him that I thought they were doing pretty well, and then I thought of you and said oh!  You had a husband and wife team recently.  At first I kept saying Melanie because I'm thinking Mellie, mellie - and he was like Melissa - Poole and I said yeah!  I told him I was following your progress and updates online.
