Mel, are you able to swallow ANYTHING?  I was thinking maybe if you bite off a piece of s/f popsicle and just let it melt in your mouth, at least it would give you a little fluid.

You know, for about the first 9 months post-op, plain water made me nauseous - it had to have some flavor or I couldn't do it.

So try a popsicle, at least it'll taste better.

I am SO sorry for you, honey.

Mellie, I am so sorry - I have had a real taste of what's tight since my last adjustment.  It took me days to get used to it, but I'm now getting the hang of it.  Didn't he take the fluid out or is that still in the band?

He took out some fluid and a lot of air. He said it was empty on last visit.

That was a close game...hopefully they know that they played well!!

Poor Happy!!  Scaredy Rio was up my butt this morning because the storm was right over us when we got up.  He was too scared to finish his breakfast and he almost climbed in the shower with me just to be close.  Poor silly baby!  He had to get up on the couch with Mike when I left!

Oh, yeah, Gary's a great coach, constantly telling them, "Good swing!" even if they strike out, but at the same time, helping them to correct their mistakes.

I can just picture Rio in the shower with you!!!  Those poor little things.

Dad said Mom put a blanket in the dryer for Happy and wrapped her up in it in front of the space heater.  That puppy has it made!!!
