ONEDERLAND!!!!!!

So, I have been afraid to get on the scale as I have been stuck for a while at 201 and this morning while being scared of my up coming appointment with DVR I decided to weigh myself.......I literally closed my eyes in fear and when I opened them............196!!!!!!!!!! I am surprised I didnt break the scale from jumpin up and down.

YESTERDAY IS HISTORY....
TOMORROW IS A MYSTERY....
TODAY IS A GIFT!
