No worries about the psych eval, as long as you're relatively sane and have normal expectations of the surgery you'll do just fine 
60 pounds is a tall order pre-surgery! I'm sure she has very good medical reasons, but yikes! I'll be pulling for you and watching your blog to see how you're doing.

I love Noel as well! I have had to call her a few times and have been very satisfied with the responses to her questions, she seams to know just how to explain things so I can understand whats going on inside my body and what to do!

i was there then. i had my nut with devorah at 12 then my appt with Dr A at 2:30...that is cool i saw you :) i go this friday to the hospital for the 3 hour nut class..

Yep, I was there Friday, my appt was at 1:45.
I hear alot of folks say Dr. A is kinda 'dry'. I dont see it, maybe cause Im a goof and make him laugh? I dunno.

That is great to hear. I had my first consultation with Dr. Averbach last Friday. the entire staff is wonderful and very helpful. They are submitting the paperwork to the insurance company, I had everything ready to go. so hopefully soon i will get my surgery date. Hey, matter of fact, what time were you there on Friday??? i believe i remember a lady there and thought i recognized her from this site...was that you???

thank you for the support i have done most of the things the surgeon has asked of me i'm currently i'am in the process of losing 60lbs so i may have the surgery and today i have my psych evalu today. i will also weigh myself tonight when i go to the gym and post my results on my blog so check me out and become my friend.
