OK, just a FART here.

I went to my reg Dr yesterday and they did the basic blood work in regards to my BP, cholesterol, diabetes and other heart meds.

I AM OFFICIALLY DRUG FREE AS OF TODAY!!!

The doc said she was amazed at my numbers and where I'm at today with my WLS (this is my pcp, not my surgeon). The only thing I need to work on is getting my good cholesterol up.

Just thought I would share with my lockerroom mates!
