I'll let you judge for yourself.. LOL..  (scroll right for full pic)

455.. sounds like a big number... but what a change from a homebound 656...partially paralyzed, mostly bedfast, miserable.

Yes, I know if you're starting out close to 455, (especially if you're shorter than me .. 6'4").. you probably feel like I did at 656.. but lemme tell ya.. I feel like I've been set free.  Whenever I have a 'fat day' now, and feel like I'm not progressing as fast as I want.. I just have to look back at where I was... and where I am.  Just the look of misery on my face in the old pic tells it all.  It was all I could do to sit up at my own Birthday party my family threw me.  I feel like a different person now.

Size 72 pants (tight)... 7x-8x shirts--  to size 58 pants (loose).. and 4x shirts...(jackets a little bigger of course).. and yes Paul, that is your suit I'm finally wearing.. it's actually loose now.. LOL)

200 pounds makes a world of difference, no matter WHERE you start!

Thanks again everyone for all your encouragement.... and new guys??? It is WORTH IT!!!!

You look about as happy it's your birthday as I do when it's mine.

Six days to go for me! On this day next week I'll be spending my last full day in Mexicali.

I once caught an episode of "Biggest Loser" where the folks had to race around a track carrying dead-weight equal to what they had lost. Just imagine trying to carry around an extra 200lb's now huh? Talk about a difference! It's utterly amazing.

Dre, that's funny, I was thinking about that today... wondering what it would be like to get 200 lbs of weights out of the gym and go for a walk.

Ruff as I feel on these cold mornings, no wonder I couldn't walk with 200 lbs extra!

Wow, six day countdown... got those butterflies working yet?

 Yeah Dale!!!!

You can really tell in your face in the before and afters how much of a difference that 200 lbs. has made, even on your overall health ..

And those pants better be roomy!    You're at about the weight I was as a pre-op when I bought them, and I wanted them a bit roomy then ..  (you should see how still roomy I like my pants!    )

Hang in there and keep on chooglin' ..   I want you to be able to pass those clothes along to the next "candidate" on the MF ..  !

Dale, there is definitely a difference in your weight and appearance. But the biggest difference I see is a happier, healthier, more confident person.  You have done great my man. Keep on keepin' on - life will just keep getting better!!
