How's about some advice for the youngin'?

Lance,
I'll tell you what I was told coming up...."Do what you think is right."
Remember that in life there are three ways that a person learns. First by reading about the subject. Secondly by having information shared, or demonstrated, by a second person. Thirdly some people have to **** on the electric fence just to see what will happen. In other words doing **** the hard way. Try not to **** on too many hot wires! Learn from others mistakes - it will save you from having to make them yourself.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

I wish I had the (nerve?) to do that when I was your age ..

VERY HAPPY B.D., btw ..

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "
HW/461 LW/251 GW/189 CW/274 (yep, a DS semi-failure - it happens :-( )
Get a job with a stable retirement system like, now. Don't wait until you're in your 30's to say.."Uh, maybe I should stop jumping from job to job and settle in somewhere". This is something that was preached to me as a teenager and, thank goodness, I listened (State Government job at 21, 12 years of service as of next week). If all goes as planned, I'll be retired at 49 and on my way to a looooonng ride into the sunset.
Oh yeah, and if you decide to get married wait at least 4-5 years to have kids. Enjoy yourselves as a couple and make sure she's a "lifer"...oh yeah, and you can get it on with the bedroom door open and unlocked. LOL
Happy Bday!
