Dumping is a not fun
Managed to not get into this until 2.5 mos out. This am ate to much of the wrong foods. Started to feel like throwing up but burped instead. This is not good and makes you feel like what do I do to over this and hurry. Cant get my head into my work just waiting for this to pass.
Anyone else get like this?

Hmmmm . . . that really doesn't sound like a full-fledged dumping episode to me, at least from my own personal experience with dumping. Sounds more like you ate too much or too fast and your body was warning ya to back off. When I experienced dumping, it was absolutely awful - I got nauseated feeling, my heart started to race, felt like I was gonna barf but never did, and had to lie down for about an hour. Once you experience dumping, you definitely know it's not something ya want to do again. Too much sugars and sugar alcohols can make you dump in a hurry!
The foamies are also pretty bad, but not nearly as bad as dumping. I got the foamies a few weeks after my surgery - from eating scrambled eggs at Mickey D's. Must have been the grease they use.
At any rate, sounds like your WL tool is doing it's job!
I bet you'll be more aware of what, how much and how fast you eat from now on.

You are not supposed to eat a big mac, large fries and a triple chocolate shake??? I now know what my problem is!!!!

Well Lance, I didn't realize we were arguing - cause it takes 2 to argue and I ain't.
We were on a motorcycle trip with friends and they wanted some breakfast. After riding for about 5 miles, they stopped at the only place around, McDonalds, where they proceeded to chow down on biscuits and gravy, McMuffins, etc. I figured that a scrambled egg (which, as I said, was on my "approved" soft foods list) would be "safe" to eat and provide me with some protein. What I didn't figure on was that they scramble the eggs on the same greasy azzed grill where they cook all the sausage, hash browns and other junk food. The point was that even that small amount of residual grease, lard or whatever the heck they used to cook the egg with caused me to have the foamies, which was not a pleasant experience, but still isn't as bad as a full fledged dumping episode.
