Sleeved and didn't change.
Not likely to happen, b/c your sleeve will let you know in a HARD way when it is full ..

That being said, I really think it's stupid silly etc. to use drugs to being with, but esp. to abuse your body like that after caring enough to go through WLS .. IMHO ...

(psssst .. it's "shrrrrrrrrooooooommmmmmmmmmmms"

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "
HW/461 LW/251 GW/189 CW/274 (yep, a DS semi-failure - it happens :-( )

I don't know what pot does to you post sleeve but I would think if it did give you the munchies they just wouldn't last long as you would eat something and pretty quickly be full. Although maybe in your high state you would be careless and eat too fast or take too big a bite and get sick. Probably not a good idea. Honestly it's probably better than drinking after this surgery though, at least pot doesn't have any calories. Better stay away from it all though. I did that kind of stuff before because my obesity made me miserable. I want to be healthy and happy now naturally.
Now my brothers wife had a mini bypass in 2000. She lost a boat load of weight and is like a rail now. She is in her early 50s and has been on the bottle for the last few years. She wrecked her GMC envoy 14 times before it was finally totaled this year. She had 3 accidents in Feb 09 alone and another DUI
She would drink those single serving bottles of wine lol 6 a night. So now she is on her 2nd DUI, blowing her car to get it started and going to AA classes again.
They spent 15k in 07 for her DUI. The 09 DUI will be alot more.
She is finally getting help, again.

I drink pretty heavily. Not daily (usually). Mostly weekends. I'm an abuser, once I start I can't stop till I'm being driven home. I love just having fun and loosing my mind (almost literally). I'll grow up again one of these days. My latest addiction is Tuaca and SF-Redbull or Cranberry/Pomgranet juice.

I am sorry Dog, I did not mean to direct that at you in any way but at the original posting. Hang in there, I know how hard it is to quit addictions and habits as much or more than anyone. It is a day to day struggle. I would also like to pass on to you my condolences on your mother passing. That's always hard, losing a parent.
I know that she would be proud of your weight loss success. You are building a new life for yourself. Like I said hang in there and be proud, as you should be, of how far you've come. Then don't look back and keep looking forward. Your future is ahead of you.
