Surgery Monday

I will be going under the knife Monday @ 9 AM. I am getting a little more nervous. Seems like everyone at work came by my cube today to talk about the surgery. I know they were trying to be encouraging but I was trying to stay busy to keep my mind off of it.

Well, my family and I are going to our favorite fishing spot in Cocoa Beach tomorrow and just going to fish all day.

Can't wait for Monday to get here!!!!

So far it has been a great journey with only one draw back that I can see. I can't find my beer shelf anymore. You know the shelf that I had in front of me when I sat down. It was great for holding a beer or a plate of food while sitting in my oversize recliner.

Congrats and good luck! Being excited and nervous is normal, but try to relax and think about how much better your health and life is gonna be. Just stay positive and focused and I am sure you will do great.

I had surgery on 4/1.  I was nervous too. 
Just remember how you're going to get healthier (drop some of the meds you're taking).
Fishing will be easier and more enjoyable.

Focus on the good stuff!
