thats serious loss congrats. I had my 5 mo weigh in today and down 58lbs. gained some good lbs back. Doc says I'am on track. original weight 283lbs now 225. 60 lbs to go
You lost alot in 6 mos?????

     There was a member who had a website you could go to and make your own CC certificate from stuff on there ...   I think the address was "wwww.sword (something) .com"     (anyone remember it?)    Her actual username is AnnetteRust ..    You might try PMing her and ask for the exact address ....
