  I hadn't yet, and I guess that's why I was confused, as I was pretty sure you had lost your weight already  ...       (I know I couldn't swim ten feet at my pre-op 461 lbs.!    )  

  I see now  you meant former 400-lb. man swims to Spain ..  

  btw, have you arranged for your escort for the swim yet?    That's very important when swimming through that area, as it is my understanding there are some heavy currents through the Straits, as well as a lot of sharks ..
