Can't believe I had my surgery a year ago. Gez, I thought I would never get the darn thing scheduled, and now, a year has slipped by. Been a great year. Total of 170 lbs since I started this and am still amazed every day on the difference I feel. To any one reading this that is still debating, I want to say having the surgery was the absolute best decision. I am so grateful to everyone here for all the advice, support, and wisdom. Y'all the best. Michael

Way to go Michael !!! 1 year post and 170# gone forever. Celebrate by doing something today that you couldn't a year ago, maybe take a long look at your feet while standing LOL
