Hey.. look. muscles!
I am starting to see again the muscles in my legs. It's kind of neat! Even more amazing is the fact that I feel good today and am only averaging 650 calories a day over the past two weeks. 90 g protein, 47 g of carbs, and 14 g of fat per day. (I journal everything I eat). I also drink more than the 64 oz of water per day. (with the help of Crystal Light). But the rain has kept me from walking a lot. I will walk today!
