good to hear you are home and resting. Those intestines of ours are just very tricky. Glad they got to the bottom of it and you are all fixed up.
For the record, a hemaglobin of 4 is very dangerous. That is why you passed out. Good thing you did and they investigated your labs. Glad you are feeling better.
