WELL GUYS I'M UP NEXT I WILL BE GOING INTO SURGERY NEXT TUESDAY I KNOW I PICK A TOUGH TIME TO DO THIS DURING THE HOLIDAYS BUT I WILL GET THROUGH THIS WISH ME LUCK AND KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS. ALSO SEND ME ANY POINTERS

Welcome aboard you will do fine. Make sure you keep up on drinking your fluids dehydration can be a bear .

Good luck! Best advice:

1. Follow surgeon program

2. Sip water all day to prevent dehydration & keep bowels moving

3. Walk. Helps with gas & #2

4. Check back here with any questions
