Need A Little Help -
Well I'm 1 month out of Gastric By-pass I'm feeling great. Just looking for some food ideas.
HW: 320, SW 308, 1st M: 275,
Pre OP: -12

1 month out of surgery -
I went in for my one month check up and i'm down 50 lbs. I feel great and I'm looking so much better I'm sleeping without my CPAP machine which is GREAT!!

3 Weeks after Surgery -
Well I' 3 weeks out of surgery and going GREAT I went into surgery 308 now I'm down to 280. I'm down 4 pants sizes from a 48 to a 44 looking good and feeling AWESOME!!! Starting...
