We are back from Houston to the cold of Chicago. And back to work on Wednesday, but a few days to enjoy before that.

Still in the "easy part." Working in some soft foods. Bit of a learning curve since it takes longer for them to move on versus liquids. Have made myself miserable a couple of times going too fast.

Making oneself miserable is par for the course! The WLS experience is a lot of trial and error. Day at a time.
