I did not do very well over the pandemic, but I can't blame it on that. A coworker took that time of isolation to eat better and he came back to work 40 lbs lighter. This week was another move in the right direction for me.

Week not a good one. Lost in court Monday. Admittedly his attorney firmly planted the seed of doubt it takes to get a "not guilty". Eviscerated me like cleaning a fish. Top it off we are two bodies short because of vacation or sick leave. Both will be gone most of this week.

Doggie bath day and have some low hanging branches to trim in preparation for mowing season.

Exercise has been good, as I need the mental health relief it provides. Business issues are a major struggle but hopefully will get better over time.

Happy to see Tampa knocked out although I begrudgingly give Brady his chops for an awesome career. I'll probably have to root for the 49ers next week due to the next kid at QB having the best story of the year.
