Weights stable just above 160ish.
Too much rain by me this week (NYC area), but overall, Summer is by far my favorite time of year. The long daylight hours, and cheaper, better fruits and vegetables really make it work for me. I'm scaling back a bit on exercise, though, as I think it's counterproductive, and I was always tired and sore.
I'm surprised how busy I am as an older guy in my sixites. Between getting the pup his workouts and building using AI tools, I've having to learn and produce at a high rate every day. All good though.

Rain, rain, rain describes last week. Mowing this week going to be double trouble because of missing a week.
PCP visit went well. All the numbers are running where they should be on labs. Poor guy wearing brace on left wrist where he broke wrist when falling to get to a glass heirloom vase before it fell. Vase never made it to the floor, but he did.

It's been a rather crappy weekend for me. Sciatica kicked in, Got a sore throat, cough and sinus pain with a side of multi colored boogers and phlegm. Oh and the smoke haze from Canada. Sciatica is better today though
Finally got the pool opened up but weather has been in high 60's occasionally hitting 70. I'll only go in if the outside temp is at least 80 and the water is 86.

I did something right this week! 
Go see PCP tomorrow. Going to ask him for second opinion and he'll tell me I'm still ugly! 
Working on putting football road trips together for this fall! May not be able to do more than 2 or 3 because of finances but being fully retired again I have my weekends back and hopefully MSU has a better season than last year. Although we were pulling for Texas Tech to win; Texas won the Women's College World Series for the first time in school history. Would have been same scenario for Tech had they won.

My weight is within a normal range; exercise is slightly off, but I still manage to stick with a daily regiment of cardio and core fitness. On the downside, I've been eating an insane amount of sugar, cakes, cookies and ice cream over the long holiday. Thank god for the wls, which still helps minimize any weight gain.

Not sleeping worth a damn. Tend to graze when I'm awake so that is not helping at all.
Mowed yard middle of last week and had so much thatch I need to do it again this week! Not like I have any place to be anymore other than mine and her doctor appointments.

Chasing doctor appointments with Mrs. this week. Need to mow again some time or another. Rained last two evenings so that nixed that for today.
