I feel for you Greateight. Sciatica kicking in here. Started PT 3x a week.
I haven't voted yet, as I kind of like going to our polling station and seeing the regulars. But my God, I cannot wait to get those damn political ads off tv. I told my wife I'd rather see tampon commercials than the trash and venom each side throw around.
Finally after two weeks of rain, a little sun here in the Cleveland rea. Maybe a little yard work if it is dry enough.
Good week to all!

Hi All. Long time no post. I had been stuck in 240s for a few years and was frustrated. About 2 months ago I did a 60 hour fast. Now I do 1 24 hour fast a week. Not ideal way to do it but happy as I'm trying to get down to 215 where I felt best.
Have a happy healthy week!

Yours in WLS Journey,
Bill Mac

Nice little dip this week. No road tripping to interfere with eating/exercise routines.
Mississippi State ran all over La Tech 45-3, Alabama slaughtered LSU in "Death Valley" 29-0. Next week State is E/B on Hwy 82 to Tuscaloosa. Missouri upset Florida, thank you Auburn for squeaking by A&M. Dittos for S. Carolina beating Ol' **** Cowboys and Titans on Monday night.
If you did not vote early where you live a little reminder about Tuesday.

Tough week for me. I had a big day in the gym last Sunday and then two long flights in the next 48 hours and the arthritis in my knee started up. I've been on crutches the last couple of days but I think it is starting to get better. All the swelling gave me a gout attack in my foot, so I'm treating that as well.
Watched a ton of football yesterday including Baylor's upset of Oklahoma State. One more win and they are Bowl eligible.

Have a great week all. I am hoping to be off of the crutches by Tuesday.

Had a B-LAST Saturday night in Starkville watching M-State beat up on the Aggies 28-13! Drive home yesterday was long and my ass was dragging big time today but unfortunately I had no contact with any Aggies I know! Go back in three weeks to watch State playing Arkansas. Can't go back for game this weekend because of scheduling issues. Besides we sold the tickets already.
Needless to say eating and exercise got wonkied. Plan today was going to vote and get the dog from vet after work but got to doing some investigating on a case and hit pay dirt. Try to get back on track tomorrow. Will have the house to myself for a while when I get home.
Have a great rest of the week!

This week was my 10 year anniversary.
I have not been exercising or watching what I eat now for years. It was an email in my inbox and several discussions with my wife that brings me back around.
Life has been a roller coaster. I was on SS Disability and walked with a cane from 2012 to 2016. I was (and still) deal with severe nerve pain in my back, neck and extremities. I went back to school in 2013. I went back to work in 2016. 3 months ago I finished my bachelors.
4 weeks ago I started my masters degree and got a job promotion.
My oldest is married and has 2 kids. My second oldest is in the Marine Corps. Our 3rd oldest is starting college in a few months.
My health has not been the greatest. My wife still has a heart condition and recently found out she has had a mild stroke. All of the health scares and my weight have been concerns for years. We finally decided to get back on track.
I currently weigh 286 :( - doctors would still consider this a success as my heaviest was 427. I would like to get back down to 200 and to start exercising.
My body hurts all the time, I go to work to take care of my family, but I am miserable sitting, standing, and laying. At one point in 2012 I was addicted to pain medication. I had to go cold turkey off of all of it and suffered withdrawals for 6 weeks.
I could use motivation and advice. I feel old at just 45 years of age. I want to feel younger and have a fuller life and to enjoy working and playing again.
Thanks,
Dan
