Flatline for me. My weight stayed unchanged at 263. Well, it did change. I know that since I weigh every day. But while I've been on both sides of 263 this past week, I was right on the dot again this morning.
Last week: 186.6
This week: 184.8!!
Cue the choir: HALLELUJAH!!
Have not seen sub 185 in a while. Working evenings has one major perk - very little or no grazing when I'm home. Have been doing good on getting in the walking every other if not every day. Broke 66:30 Friday. Working late in the heat of the day has me slamming the water too.
Speaking of heat - first 100 degree day since 2011! We can't go seven months, much less seven years, without a 100 day! Hit 100+ at tail end of May and the Summer equinox is still a little over two weeks away. May not rival the Summer of 1980, hottest on record, but likely to give it an honest effort or so it seems this early in the year. Willis Carrier is the South's best friend!

Worked a lot outside and ate well, but stayed above 200 all wee****il today. Funny thing is yesterday I
drank over a gallon of decaff iced tea (sugar free) and thought for sure weight would be up. Pleasantly
surprised. Got some wood splitting, and lawn cutting to do today. It is beautiful out right now!
Good week to all.

Good morning, all, and thank you for the welcome messages last week.
One of the many items on my pre-surgery list was to get the sun damage on my face treated. I have been applying a dermatology cream to treat it and my right cheek looks like somebody took a belt sander to it.
Happily, my last application was Thursday and I am hoping to start healing this week.

Another week in the right direction. I think I'm eating a little better, and for sure I'm getting more activity. My legs are pretty sore after the two big bike rides last week, and next weekend I have my 150 mile ride so I need to recover as best as I can this week.
Summer started in full swing this week. We had our first 100 degree day since 2011 on Memorial Day. Looking at the weather this week, its going to be fantastic for early June. Time to get outside, and load up on vitamin D.
Have a great week.
I'm in the same boat as you......In month 3 of my pre-op weight loss program. Welcome aboard. Looking at VSG in the fall (October/November).I've lost 33 lbs. since February. I find posting my weight here is very motivating to me.

Hi All.
I thought i posted last week, but i created a blog entry instead. Fortunately, it didn't end up on the bottom of the home page. I am still not certain I am doing this correctly.
I am going to have RNY sometime in late summer. For now I am going through my six month pre-op program and trying to develop good habits.

I'll take it! Wonky schedule has it benefits. Next two weeks have straight evenings so no back and forth. Given the new guy to finish since we have to get him out on his own. We lost another one to a larger department. In a six man operation when one goes it causes issues. When you're two down - you have ISSUES! Guy that is leaving is on a well planned in advance Alaskan cruise with his Mrs. Leaves working for us. Comes back working for them!
Headed to triple digits here by next weekend. Felt like triple digits yesterday walking around the local car show. When you feel the sweat running down your legs under your pants and the waist band on pants is soaked - you're hot.
Have a Great Memorial Day Weekend and remember those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for YOUR freedom!
