Topic: Sunday Weigh In (Sept 16th)

My weight is about the same as last week

Exercise is good, and eating is always a challenge but I get a lot of help from the Sadi DS 9 years ago which is still making me pay for eating too much fat and too many carbs, but luckily jettisons any excess after torturing me with gas and bloating for a few hours.

It was a crazy college football week. I stayed up till 2:30am est to watch Deons' Colorado Buffaloes but had a lot of newfound respect for Colorado State afterward. Unfortunately my Jets are back to their losing ways.

Ok, nevermind, we have hope again. I hope someone in the Jets front office is on the phone with Tom Brady tonight

Exercise has been decent, eating is always over the top, and the weather is definitely cooling down here.

Looking forward to the Jets starting their path to winning the Superbowl this week with a win against the Bills on MNF. Hopefully, I'll still feel this way next week. Jus****ching the end of the Giant's massive beatdown from the Cowboys - Very embarrassing but luckily I don't root for them.

Thank you and I have had those same feelings leave my body through my ass into the chair or couch!

Last Week 221.3
This Week 222.0

Had a decent week. Summer has definitely left the building with temps only in the 60's and low 70's. I was going to winterize the pool and cut the lawn, but I sat down until that feeling went away :-) Maybe sometime this week when I get motivated.

Don, glad you are on the mend, and don't worry about the lawn. :-)

Good week to all!

Last week: 198.4

This week: 199.8

Good day football wise from here yesterday. M-State won in OT against Arizona. Next on tap is LSU in Starkville and plan is to BE THERE!! Texas Longhorns handed Alabama their buttocks in Tuscaloosa. Miami doing likewise to the Aggies and is Colorado and Coach Prime legit? Handled Nebraska with ease. Cowboys and Giants this evening.

Back is better. Managed to stay in bed last night instead of getting into recliner. Needless to say, physical activity has been next to nil. Going to hobble through mowing closest to house but leave rest alone. Had rain Friday night so we'll let the grass grow some more before getting out zero turn.

Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

LW 161.8, This week 162

Sorry to hear about your fall Don. I definitely feel the risk of falling is increasing now that I'm in my 60's. My biggest issue is a giant pup that can drag me around like a linebacker tossing the QB.

Have a great week!

This getting old gig ain't for wimps!

If you can't find a bagger via Google or the manufacturer you may have to *****nd get a newer machine.

Sorry to hear that Don. The "Like" is more of an acknowledge than a like. Now being in my 60's I'm finding trips happen a lot easier (neuropathy doesn't help) and recovery is longer. Hope you heel up quickly.

Spent all day yesterday in the yard cutting, trimming, chain sawing. The lawn is finally dry, and so was I.

Started to get the shakes and nauseous. I did drink water and some diet soda, but I must of gotten dehydrated. I believe that is why my weight is down a few more pounds than it was earlier this week. Last weeks weight was actually from two weeks ago, as I was in Cincinnati last weekend.

One last thing Maybe someone can answer. My wife is not impressed with the way the zero turn leaves the lawn looking. I think she likes the looks from the way the push mower left tracks. Also, since there is no bagger in it, and there is not one available, there tends to be some thatch left. I'm thanking of getting a regular lawn tractor with a bagger. Any thoughts?

Great week to all!
