No yardwork here. Woke up to about 2" of snow yesterday. Today it is sunny, 40F and hardly a trace of snow.
I start my part time job Tuesday. I wasn't really ready to go back, but they had a need and this will let me get my foot in the door. It is only 18-24 hous a week, as needed. I hate painting, so I will use the extra scratch to have my kitchen and living room painted.
Good week to all!

Kentuckey losing in round one probably did in 98.98765% of them!
Yard work yesterday paid off on the scales.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Logical.
The real deal is making room for the wannabes.
I'd have to stay away from the 'kraut. I would be "lethal" afterwards!
No change on the scale this week.
Many people don't realize the true Irish head for the countryside on St Paddy's day, while all the obnoxious Americans and Europeans take over the pubs in Dublin for the day. For my part, I ate a bunch of corned beef and cabbage but steered clear of the guinness.

Happy St. Patty's Day! Today everyone is Irish and by some miracle the same people are Mexican on Cinco de Mayo!

+3lbs this week.
Exercise good, eating ok, sleeping is poor. It all starts with sleeping but somehow I still never get enough.
My iron has been fine. It's the ferritin that is low.
Good deal getting to go back to make a little scratch,
Getting back up early will be what kills me if and when I go back to work.

Two days ago it was in the 60's. Snow thi morning. Tousday it's supposed to be 60 again. This will be life in North East Ohio for the next month and a half.
Looks like I will be going back to work a few days a week as needed. A little extra cash is always fine. A contractor boss (I was a civil servnt) called and asked if I could help out. He said it is hard to find people who want to work and pass a pee test :-) So, I'll give it a shot. I've only been retired a little over two months, but I sure am enjoying it.
My iron spiked a little in 2022, so my Dr. said to eliminate the additional iron in my daily vitamins. They have been in normal range for the last two checks. FYI, I use ProCare Health one a day bariatric multivitamins.
Edit: I just looked up Ferritin, and it's not the same as iron.
Good week to all!
