Despite a few Cheetos still little dip on scale. That I will attribute to two days of yard work. Wife not happy with her digits so we are back to basics. Walking the driveway in the evenings.
Keep praying for Texas. Barely scratched the surface on clean up and recoveries slow in coming. Watching the finger pointing makes me want to toss TV's out and use them for target practice! How do you predict a "500 year" flood?

You'd figure mowing the yard twice in one week, Monday and yesterday, would have been more beneficial on the scales. Sweated 
enough for it to have been!

Finally two days in a row with no rain, but side yard still too wet to cut (and it's Father's Day) Tomorrow is supposed to be dry, so I'll be cutting two weeks worth of growth.
Temperatures still way below normal. Todays high will be 71. This is the latest we have not been able to use the pool since we've had one.

Weights stable just above 160ish.
Too much rain by me this week (NYC area), but overall, Summer is by far my favorite time of year. The long daylight hours, and cheaper, better fruits and vegetables really make it work for me. I'm scaling back a bit on exercise, though, as I think it's counterproductive, and I was always tired and sore.
I'm surprised how busy I am as an older guy in my sixites. Between getting the pup his workouts and building using AI tools, I've having to learn and produce at a high rate every day. All good though.

Rain, rain, rain describes last week. Mowing this week going to be double trouble because of missing a week.
PCP visit went well. All the numbers are running where they should be on labs. Poor guy wearing brace on left wrist where he broke wrist when falling to get to a glass heirloom vase before it fell. Vase never made it to the floor, but he did.
