X-Post: Beck Diet

Hi...I posted this on the RNY board, but I thought this might be a good place to get some opinions.  I am wondering if anyone has read the Beck Diet/Beck Workbook?  If you have, what's your opinion?  I am still pre-op, but I want to get some of the HEAD issues worked out (or at least identify them!) before surgery.  Opinions?
