FAT GRAMS?

I don't count fat grams either.   Calories, carbs and protein.  That's enough counting for me.

I do not pay much attention to fat grams and really did not even when I was actively losing. I  have always used full fat mayo and cheeses. I use butter and eat the skin off rotisserie chicken. I prefer dark meat poultry and eat well marbled steak and eat pork steak and ribs.
I had this surgery so I could learn to eat like a "normal" (whatever that is) person. I am 2 years out, have lost 135 lb and kept off 135 lbs for the past 14 months. I generally don't weigh myself more than once a week and more often go 2-3 weeks without weighing.
Whatever you do is it truthful, necessary and kind?
