I am not going to count fat grams. I do watch my carb intake and sugar intake.....we eat so little I don't think the fat will have adverse affects on us.....I feel that I am not going to give up everything....especially taste since it is literally 3 or 4 bites.

I don't count fat grams either. I mostly watch protein, fiber and overall calories.

I have never counted fat grams, I want to keep my hair nails and skin in as good of shape as possible. I figure as little as I can eat, I am not going to eat too much fat.

I also have never counted fat grams......We eat so little that I don't think it much matters much. That doesn't mean eating everything fried and bottles of salad dressing.

Also I eat red meat again since my sleeve. And full bore Mayo. I do try to eat lighter cheese and yogurt if it's at the store.

If you're only getting in 20-33 grams of fat daily, you're barely squeaking by with the minimum. The body needs fat for LOTS of things, including absorption of fat soluble vitamins, keeping hair/nails/skin healthy, maintaining organ function, etc.
