Protein shots from walmart..

Has anyone ever tried them? 26 grams of protein per shot..

 I use them on a daily basis - both my Dr and my nutritionist recommended them.

They are decent tasting (not great) but it's only 3 ounces.  

how do they taste....better yet how do they smell?

They are better cold - they aren't great but I have not found a protein shake that I like anyway - they don't seem any worse than the others and are just 3 ounces.  I can force 3 ounces down.  Can't force down 12.  But everyone's tastes are different so just try one - they are pretty reasonable in price

They may be ok for you. I use them every morning because I just can seem to be hungry. Works for me.

 I assume you mean the super whey bullets?  Yeah, they taste nasty, kind of like cough syrup or another kind of medicine.  I've tried mixing them with crystal lite or juice or other things, but it gets a little congealed and nasty, so if you are getting your protein in otherwise, I wouldn't recommend them.  If you can tolerate them, they're great.  36 g protein, 1 carb, 100ish calories.

If they're sourced from anywhere in Asia, I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole.
