best broth in Tijuana

I will be arriving in Tijuana tonight, surgery tomorrow with Dr Garcia and will be there a week (my mom and aunt are getting facelifts) so i hope to be able to try broth from several places.  Anyone had broth at the Marriott?  I am getting pretty scared and I am psycho on this diet!  I want something to look forward to and it looks like broth it is!  what happens if one broth was not so clear and maybe a vegetable or 2  made it past my lips today?

It went well BUT I was wondering if I made the worst decision of my life for a few days there.... not sure that I would recommend Dr Garcia or Mi Hospital.... I saw the >Dr for maybe 2 minutes and I didn}t feel that the so called hospital deserved to be called that.  It wasn{t bad, just not as good as I had hoped...}

Thanks for mentioning that, feeling comfortable with your physician is important and I want to know who to avoid

I do want to say that I have had NO complications so the Dr did a VERY good job.  I wouldn't tell anyone to avoid him,  I am glad that I saved the 1500.00 to 2000.00.  I may not have been able to have the surgery if I would have had to come up with more.
