Wednesday Workout

Next Wednesday Workout at 7:00 Pm at PF.

Will try and make it IF I don't work at the hospital that night.

Can we do the circut room? I want to try it out but not alone.

Is there any other day/eve people can meet you there if Wednesdays don't work for them?

Sure.  I am open to additional days and times.  The more the merrier.  Yes, we can try the circuit.  I think they have an AED in case I vapor lock.  What other times might work for people, including weekends.

As it stands I am planning on NOT working tonight and WILL be at PF. Nov 16th

I am planning on Fridays after work as well, it's quiet...

Also, on the weekends if someone wants to get together at PF.
